Hi there! Welcome! As the founder of Palomar Group Consulting I'd like to say thank you for stopping by my site today. I'll tell you a little bit about me. I personally specialize in increasing profitability in restaurants bars and hotels by implementing practical procedures and offering insights that have been overlooked. Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, I can offer insights on every aspect of the business from the kitchen to the front of house daily operations.

I have personally turned around dozens of eateries and throughout the process have become an established executive chef and expert in brand identity and storytelling. I believe building a strong brand identity and finding a way to tell your story through your space and food will set a solid foundation for years to come.
Our clientele is diverse and includes establishments ranging from small bistros to local tap-houses, nightclubs and even large fine dining establishments.
I have proved to be successful in turning around failing businesses into thriving and profitable establishments in little time as well as the opening of sustainable establishments that I know will be around for a very long time.
